Specter spirit cost

As of right now, the specter costs across the board is absolutely outrageous.

To put things to perspective :
A simple little skeleton the most and useless weakest enemy in the entire game the "Risen Rattler" costs 50 spirit...
Thats 20 more spirit then your basic witch skeletons, this is unacceptable.

It should cost 20 spirit AT MOST. I'd go as far as to say it should only cost 10-15 spirit considering how weak they are.
With the lowered spirit cost they would have a use as cannon fodder. Without it them being an option as a risen specter is completely pointless.

On the other side of the spectrum, a decent minion that COULD stand on the same level as your basic skeletons. A Eternal Knight found in the tomb of the consort costs 110 spirit again making them just not viable because their equivalent (kind of) (the skeleton brute) costs 50 spirit.
And not only is the skeleton brute 50% cheaper so you can summon 2 of them, it also comes with its own powerful ability.

The spirit cost of specters needs a SERIOUS review and rework. Until that happens, this is just going to be a worthless ability and all the work you put in it will just go to waste.

130....for the Bramble Burrower from act 1, if anything cost 100 it has to be at least stronger than 3 skeleton snipers, if not it will never be used. These numbers aren't just wild, they are pointless. We are expecting costs like 30-60, past 60-70 need to be legit viable if not you are wasting your time programming them to be specters because unless they have a glitch or exploit, no one will ever use them.
