Stuck in loading screen between areas

In act 3, when entering the Jungle Ruins for the first time, my game got stuck in the loading screen, and I can't do anything else. Tried restarting the game, my Ps5, and reinstalling the game completely. Everytime I load back in it is stuck in the load screen for Jungle Ruins. It has the audio for the new area in the background. Character is unplayable.
