Controller Not Picked Up

After recent hot-fix/update today, my controller isn't being picked up by the game at all. I've restarted the game a few times, unplugged and replugged the controller. Nothing different. This is through Steam, not sure if this happening anywhere else but had to bring this issue to light before it grew any bigger.
