Need account migration due to mail provider not receiving mails from poe

Dear support,

I would like to migrate my account Harpel#5793 from its email address to another email adress , because this email provider somehow is unable to receive email from you.

Problem:
-I purchased the early access to poe2, however I cannot play it, because the unlock key never arrives, not even in the spam filter.
-other mails arrived, like the xolla-mail about the recent purchase for the poe2-access.
-my other email account also has an account (Harpel2#5899), however that account is not played and not even verified.

Request:
-please delete my unverified account Harpel2#5899
-please link my account Harpel#5793 from its current email address to the email-account that was previously linked to Harpel2#5899

I also sent you an email to support@grindinggear.com from both accounts to verify this, however I am not sure you received those mails. Please respond to both mailaccounts in any case.
