Probelm with twitch drops

I have probem with the twitch drops of poe 2, i whatch the live and in twitch i ricive the notification of i ricive the drop, and after i claim the reward the pet dont go to my cosmetic in the game, the synchronization is correct because the autum cape i ricive with no problem
