Patch not showing up on xbox

So is this going to be a regular thing it seems like 90 percent of the patches that have came out xbox has to wait longer because the download never shows or if it does it wont me un game after words saying i need to download a patch like today 2.0b i go to log in and the game is telling me to download the patch but there is no patch

Go to my games and apps and select check for updates as mine was there
