Online Co-op issue resurrecting teammates in boss fights

I haven’t seen anyone mention this issue but it is making the boss fights unplayable for us if one person dies. When the person that dies is revived then they can’t use abilities except one randomly chosen one(?). It varies with each time but consistently I am unable to use abilities after being revived for however long the boss fight lasts.
