Feel silly, cosmetic item transfer between poe 1 and 2

i just unlocked the autumnal boots in poe 1 and wanted to check them out in poe 2, both accounts *should* be linked together.

how long does it take to update poe 2 with my unlock? i'm worried i have somehow created two separate accounts (Poe 1 on pc and poe 2 on Sony) and i wont ever see those boots in poe 2.

please let me know if you know of any ways to verify my concerns or have an answer!
