Just WTF with this Patch

I'm just not a fan of how the game feels now. Its just not fun!

Sadly i have to say I feel the same way, though I’m trying very hard to get into it, only half the classes were viable before and now it seems like they all just flat out suck, especially the new one its horrible. I understand wanting to make the game for difficult and I think it should be but this was just a lazy way to do it I feel. The game is more like a job now, no big hits of feeling any kinda more powerful with a gain of anything and almost every single build that was even half way useful before is garbage now. I though Diablo was headed in the wrong direction but now seeing what they have done with this Dawn of the hunt patch I’m glad diablo’s new season starts in 20 days or so cause this is just terrible. First time i’ve ever felt this discouraged about playing path of exile 2. I hope some changes are made that makes it more fun cause to me the game is just terrible and has been completely ruined now. I was so excited for patch that i even purchased a key for my Laptop to play on. Now, i’m regretting it terribly!

Could you specify which update specifically you are talking about because at the time of your post they literally dropped a small patch to reduce all non unique monster's hp between levels 8 15 & so on retrospectively throughout all the acts & buffed up a few skills. So when I first read this I thought you were complaining about the hp reduction making monsters easier throughout the acts. But as I read more I think you are talking about the first dawn of the hunt start patch & not the many patches after the initial release of the league.

I agree with Dramarius, the game now feels like work. Ascendancy doesn't feel like any kind of big payoff when you accomplish it. Loot drops are pathetic. I'm wearing out my fingers and thumbs with this new class, I wished I'd never chosen it now. Plus they gutted my other 3 classes from the original season, so they're not worth playing now. They need to buff things. They also need to add some godforsaken movement speed, this game is so slow. Burning out on it quick.
