Half of gem sockets in the tree were removed mate. If that's what you meant ofc. It's part of the nerfwave

" dont know if this was resolved but there is some sort of chat command that will give you back all the jewels that were in those removed sockets. |

As per the patch notes (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3740562), 12 jewel sockets have been removed from the passive skill tree. Existing characters with jewels in these removed sockets can reclaim them to their main inventory using the new /reclaimjewels chat command. |
