Unable to enter the game on character (crash), on others everything ok

I was playing on my ranger and in the middle of the map my game crashed. After many attempts, each time I open the game and trying to load this character, it crashes on loading screen. I can play on other characters without problem. Please, fix it so I can return to my main character.
