Kitava Stopped Fighting

Hi All,

I was fighting Kitava, and after he stopped attacking for a while, I opened a portal to town, hoping he’d recover and resume the fight.

However, when I returned, I noticed that the axe I had placed into the statue is gone, and Kitava doesn’t move at all—the fight seems to be stuck.

Can you please advise how I can resolve this issue?
