Merge PoE2 Accounts

Hello,

I somehow ended up with 2 PoE accounts. I have one account that has my Twitch drops and another account has my supporter pack rewards and stash tabs. I tried linking my Twitch account with the PoE account that has my stash tabs, but the Twitch drops do not merge with it. Is there a way to combine these two accounts to the newer account? I have tried contacting the support email but have not received a response. Of course, I'm sure GGG has been a "little" bit busy with the update. :) I hope this can be remedied so I can get all of my rewards and drops on the same account. Thank you so much for any help.

Hello and thank you for responding. However, I have actually emailed. I believe I mentioned that in the forum post. I have actually emailed twice now and have not received a response. The first email was back on February 15 and the second on March 28. I have no idea how I ended up with two separate accounts, but one account has my Twitch items and the other has my booster pack items. I would love for the items to be merged onto the account I actually play.

I am able to switch between accounts no problem. The issue is, I have some items on one account and other items on another account. I have not idea how I ended up with 2 accounts, but I only play PoE2 on one of the two accounts so I am not able to get some of the cosmetics I paid for onto the account I actually play. I emailed Support a couple of times going back months and no response. I am quite disappointed.
