I got suspended for what?

Hi GGG, I got suspended a couple of hours ago for something that I'm confused about i know what it's for but I am wondering why. A person was complaining in chat about how hard the game was and was complaining a lot me and a few other people were getting tired of it so we said something, I told him that if the game wasn't to his liking to go play Diablo 4 where they tend company tends to their needs, and I got suspended for 168 hours, I hadn't cursed nor called him “trash” nothing insulting either and I still got suspended but neither one of my friends did so im hoping to hear from you guys soon.
