Can’t purchase through microtansaction

I was playing using ps5.
I used up my point, I wanted to buy microtransaction skin effect I added an item in game to the watchlist. It showed up in the watchlist in the website. I continue to buy point using website. I got 2360 point now, but when I want to check out using website, When I click the buy button, it direct me to the next page which is buy point(at the point I have sufficient point to buy the effect I want). Any solution to get this problem solved? As I see my point balance Is 2360 point in coin button and 30 point in PS Any idea can I transfer the point into my PS point so that I can buy effect through in game microtransaction?
