Leveling up Bind Spectre doesn't work

When you try to level up bind spectre you don't level up your current gem. You get a new gem all together.

Is it another gem with the spectre on it already or a uncaptured gem?

" Levelling up an actual spectre gem works fine. I think OP is trying to level the "empty" bind spectre gem -- for some reason. |
