Legion commander body armour bug

I had the Legion Commander body armour equipped on my character. I deleted my character and remade it in the new league that just started. now when i go to equip it i can't and it tells me "This microtransaction is not supported in this game version". But i literally had it equipped before i remade the character. When i check the store page it shows the preview for it, and says that it is -already owned-. If i own it why can't i equip it? I don't understand but this is frustrating.

It's currently disabled, because it crashes everyone's game.
Lots of testing has been done it seems.
