[Xbox series x] game is crashing while loading...

So i was playing normaly...crash accured from time to time, like after useing portal or being in stash or after interacting with NPC in town (known problems). But now when i was in act1 in Ogham Village and was starting the fight with the boss...game crashed and its crashing non stop, literaly its not letting me load the character...hard restart of the game or the console or evec clearing cashe is not helping at all...HELP? PLEASE??
