Twitch Drops not applying to account

I've completed the requirements to get the following twitch drops:
-Halo of the Righteous -Energising Bolt Flask -Azmeri Noble Deer Pet None of them have actually been unlocked on my characters. Can someone provide assistance? Last bumped on Apr 4, 2025, 10:34:35 PM
