Freythorn King of the MIsts boss not spawning.

I completed the three ritual trials, and the boss ritual trial. Upon killing the waves of enemies, the boss did not spawn but I got the ritual reward screen. I selected an award, but the boss never spawned and so Finn doesn't give me the 30 spirit or complete the quest. https://imgur.com/a/15qBCJi
