Spear Ground Targeted Skills Flying Off Screen - Storm Lance / Explosive Spear

The 'ground' targeted spear skills such as Storm Lance & Explosive Spear keep flying off screen. They don't impact the ground where my mouse cursor is. They sometimes don't even go in direction of my mouse cursor. Instead they sail off as if they were Lightning Spear.
