Box has stat contain a unique item, but no unique item drops from box

Kind of dissapointed as i havent found a single one unique item yet.
Im only lvl 9 so far.

If a strongboix says it contains a unique, it should give a unique.
In tomb of the consort.
Im dissapointed, it could had been a useful item for me.
