RESOLVED - Softlocked Character in Act 1 in front of Arena.

I attempted the Act 1 boss fight and died. I was returned to the checkpoint.
I switched around my crossbow skills and clicked the arena door as I did so I typed into chat and my game crashed.

After returning to the game I tried to interact with the Arena door the door was highlightable but nothing happened on interacting. Character would not move.

I respawned to checkpoint. Same issue. Checkpoint also is not interactable. I attempted to portal home. Portal animation plays, loads, and portal is highlightable but again is unable to be interacted with and character won't move to it when clicked. Distance to portal close/far doesn't change anything.

I have restarted, did a fresh install, restarted my PC and nothing.

I was told about the TP commands in chat. I can enter them but nothing happens.

This character is currently unplayable.

This happened due to me placing basic bolt over the left click somehow. I have been able to replicate this and can solve it by removing the weapon.
