Discipline Aura not working on self

I am running a stoic sceptre in DotH and the aura is affecting my party members but not myself as the aura states. i am assuming this may be a bug or that it is miss-written on teh description that it affects only allies.

have checked with sceptre equiped my ES = 85, aura at this stage should be giving me ~40 energy shield.

take off sceptre and my ES remains at 85.

however can confirm that the aura does affect party members correctly.

Can confirm. Patch notes said this changed and it did not. Just the aura description got updated to say it does.
