No Smith of kitava ascendancy

I completed my Trial of Shekema in Act 2, and when I went to choose my Ascendancy, 'Smith of Kitava' wasn't available—only Titan and Warbringer were

I'm experiencing the same issue — there's a problem when selecting the new ascendancy, it doesn't show up.
