The Hunt Begins Quest

Somehow missed it the first time running through grelwood. After I finished A1 campaign; went back to do initial quest with Delwyn, followed and killed wisp monster and now the quest is stuck on "Speak to Delwyn". I can reset the zone and do it over and over- does not progress.

Now anytime I run into Delwyn where a wisp would be in A2, no wisp spawns and delwyn does/says nothing to me.

Exact same thing with me. Stuck in the same spot

I cant finish quest started in party.

Stuck on "Speak to Delwyn" part.
I tried to finish quest serveral times.

Came here to make sure I’m not the only one.

Stuck on “Speak to Delwyn” after already following the spirit and beating the monster spawn.
Went back (4 times) and explored the Grelwood in its entirety (4 times) and got stuck at the same part in the quest (4 times).

I am stuck on the same quest.

I did the initial hunt in Grelwood.. I followed the deer wisp and then killed the rare at the end. Delwyn did not have anything but his lore dialogue options and it still says "Speak to Delwyn."

I ran into 2 other hunts after this, one in the Grim Tangle and one in the Ogham Farmlands but I was still unable to complete "The Hunt Begins." I tried going back to Grelwood and followed the wisp multiple times. I haven't seen it since and I am partway into Act 2.

I'm unsure if this will lock me out of the league mechanic or not so I'm thinking about restarting my character.

I completed "the hunt begins" but am getting no further wisps after Grelwood. Here is the progression of my actions:

Saw Delwyn in Grelwood, spoke to him. Wisp appeared. Ignored it (on hardcore and no idea what was happening so not taking risks).

Saw Delwyn in The Red Vale. He mentioned "It's not like you to miss a mark/hunt" or something of this nature, so I figured I need to progress his quest from beginning.

Returned to Grelwood and was able to find wisp, finish quest (I presume, as it says "The Hunt Begins is a completed quest".

However I am not finding any wisps in the game going forward, no new dialogue from encounters with Delwyn (other than a unique greeting in each area upon finding him).


EDIT:

If anyone has this issue, I have been able to encounter a second wisp now. Here's what I did:

Opened new instance of Grelwood. The spirit appeared again here (even though I had completed quest). I defeated it. I went to Red Vale. I did not see Delwyn here after searching entire map. I went to Grim Tangle. I found Delwyn here and a wisp. Hope it helps.
