constitly getting error & then crashing in town

I have & keep getting a Constant error that causes my game to crash, & im not alone.
"Exception: Unknown object type serialized by server."

I have tried multiple things to try to resolve this issue, but it still persist, I crash EVERY time I go to town, sometimes it's right away, other times it's with in a few mins. All tips i found online of possible ways to fix this have been unsuccessful.

At some points, I can't even log into the game & it crashes on start up when trying to load into town.

Same. Only I can't even get into the game it freezes trying to reload after initial crash. I get the message about half the times trying to load in. And when I had gotten in, I crashed at the merchant Una when trying to sell her a mana vial. I have not been able to get back in without freezing or crashing since.

It's game breaking on Xbox series X. On Red Vale getting booted, booted out of clearfell. Did something to my TV or something but an invalid format message came up. Hotfix needed.

Yep, this is happening constantly. How did this make it through QA? Apart from the crash, I'm also getting lots of hitching like it can't keep up with loading different parts of the map. If I move back to a part I've already moved through the hitching stops. Very not good.

same...i just want to play...

Same error, just created a character, killed first boss and cant go into town.
