Loot disapearing

On XBOX the loot drops then completely disappears

uninstalled loot filter, did it to me too. old filters are outdated now. try that and see if it helps

I have found this too. I can see the item even on the floor, but cannot do anything about it. I've turned loot filters off that I had set up, yet nothing has changed this.

How would you uninstall the loot filter? The way you have set it up?

Yeah tried unfollowing the filter which has removed it from my options. But level 4 killed two bosses and only one uncommon quiver dropped and thats it for gear. No scrolls, no orbs. Just a bit of gold. Not sure if it's a bug or what it's meant to be at this level. But I remember it dropping a lot more before.
One boss dropped the spirit buff. The other dropped a skill gems. Had a couple of skill gems. Witch is still in rags. Managed to buy a helm with the gold I have. I remember having to regularly return to town as bags are full. But not been full once 😵‍💫
