Persistent bug prevent logging with my characters

Crashed with my Character 'IkeusAnar_Hunt' in The Red Value with this message.
And now If I try to log in with this character, crash with the same message when on the loading screen of Red Vale. Same happening to me - anyone know if there's a way of forcing a character into a new instance?

go back to dx12 and turn off nvidia reflex, solved it for me.
(i was in vulkan) |

recrashed :) but it worked for a bit

I tried this ^ ( dx 12 with nvidia reflex off), but no change, same error message on loading Red Vale.
