Problem with access to POE 2

Hello. I didn't really understand how to contact support, so I'm writing here. I can't log into POE 2 because I don't have access to it. But I bought the POE 2 via steam and I have a screenshot of the purchase. Please help with access.
(I use a translator to make it easier to understand the problem, I don't speak the language myself)

And your support won't respond for Weeks/Months now
That's not helpfull at all

I can play from this account via Steam, but still can't login via original client. Because need to confirm access via email I lost access to. And support won't help me, responding once in week or 1.5-2
And also Executioner's Finisher is not arrived to BOTH of my accounts despite reward is claimed on Twitch and it's confirmed in account manage section. It's just not in game (poe 1).
GGG never learn the lesson - do not ever shoot in your own leg...
