Get Adapter info - error

Get Adapter info - error started after today's update on 4/4, get a pop up and game will not launch. Looked at other work arounds from past post but not working for graphic settings. Game worked great prior to todays update. Any help appreciated.

I also am having this issue, and the only fixes I've found were to unplug my second monitor, and to change my display settings - neither of which worked.
