HELP - Unable to upgrade my supporter pack to Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack

I'm trying to upgrade my supporter pack to Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack, but I live in a country where GGG don't ship the physical goods, so I will get the points.
Problem is, when I select the option to upgrade my supporter pack, I'm redirected to the page with the check box ''Opt out of receiving physical goods. You will receive points instead'', and the check box is already automatically marked and locked (ok, thats fine, I will get the points any way). But when I try clicking 'next' NOTHING happens, I'm not redirected to the payment page, or anything at all. I'm stuck on this page unable to buy.

I tried other supporter packs, and any supporter pack that have physical goods, I have the same problem.
I tried other web browsers, cleaning cache, and nothing helped so far.
Contacted support by email a couple times, and they wont help, they answer 1 or 2 emails, and them wont answer anymore or solve the problem.
I don't know what to do, I wanted to buy to also give the extra EA access to a friend.

HELP!
