Think i am done, at this stage watching paint dry would bring my excitement

I hope the DEV's at least take some note from the issue, but they will know about but but choose to do nothing expect give the generic reply "it's a learning curve"
I think i am about done with this game with over 800 hours put in and constantly buying the new stash tabs etc. The issue is the balance of the game at lvl 91 on this toon and other toons made. My gripe is the XP loss this is just out right stupid, for instance at lvl 91 i have no clue what its like higher, but you do on AVG 1 map and you get about 1-2XP not to mention a T16 map that you have spent orbs getting it to T16 for you to get stuck or blocked in or one shot out of nowhere, then you lose on AVG about 10 maps worth of XP from a stupid issue that can be fixed but the DEV's would rather pull each others plonkers. If these lvl 15 waystones are blank then that's 100 ex orbs on AVG and 10 of the other orbs to just try get maybe get 1 T16 then to get insta death on a issue you had no clue about. This is no learning curve as the deaths are nothing you can learn from and also add onto it the fact you have no recap on the death to break it down so you know what got you and with what, this is again a stupid thing the DEVS have done and say it's the reason why you get a XP loss to learn from. Then add onto it the fact you spend all or most of your time buffing nodes up to run at lvl 82 then for them nodes to get removed because of issues i stated above ie getting blocked/can't move etc it turns into a S***t fest of a bad game. All the while the devs are pushing to nurff some toons to the point where they have spent hundreds of hours getting to that point at a big cost of time and sanity because of above issue. Just to mention for instance xp after lvl 90 is not effecting majorly dps and alike than a lvl 100 can pump out. So why the stupid major xp loss? i can do everything a lvl 100 can do as these issues are with players at lvl 97 and above also, so logically xp loss means nothing but the orbs/time/resources and enjoyability mean people quit or get fed up and move on. And its not about getting good, as you cant get good from insta death off the screen or stuck/blocked in, you have a decent game but for me its at the point where its not enjoyable and i am not alone in this maybe some of my issues raised but the majoirty will agree the xp loss thing and lossing map nodes is stupid. You can release all the bells and whistles but it does nothing seen as the core game is messed up, as these issues will still be around on the witch hunt release, only difference is people will have the excitement blinkers on then reality will set in at some stage. i know of 7 people personally that have quit because the game is stale and mentioned issues, guessing the figure would be way higher as im just a nobody. just fix the game in this sense Last bumped on Apr 4, 2025, 12:45:07 PM

Ok.
Have fun on your next adventure, |

The game is in Beta, send them your feedback and move along.

If you are critical, it's whining and has no place during an Early Access! If you glaze, then your providing valuable feedback and no need for you to 'just quit and shut up!1' That's how you get the best game in the end. Console loot filter for POE2 Please!

Yeah...I guess you don't like this game which is fine. Ironically a new patch is getting released today but I suppose it's too late anyway.

" Do you know what I do? Open man, zoom around, pick loot, open next. If I die, I do not even pay attention - just open next and repeat. Even if I HAVE to buy maps from other player, I would still be ok. Not that I have to. Why can't you do the same? I mean, what getting killed has to do with the game? I mean, when I check my deaths, if it is not at least 3-digit number, it means I have been slacking off... This "you cannot body-rush, its not POE 1" is a myth. Just zoom zoom as league start, then switch to something. |

XP loss should in no way effect the amount of fun you have.
It's a minor consequence, and changes absolutely nothing. |
