Inscribed Ultimatums outside event league

In SSF Settlers League some requirements for Insribed Ultimatums requires Phericia unique idols to complete. Should not be in the normal pool outside the special event I believe.

Several threads already for the same issue. Most likely fix will be when idols are removed at the end of Phrecia.
