Support has abandoned their jobs.
As you can see from nearly all posts in this forum, they have done nothing for many accounts in 4 months, if they tell you otherwise it's a flat out lie, my ticket has been open about 5 months now, I will never buy anything from GGG again, this lack of respect for players was not how GGG used to be and they care only about money now, they lied about poe 1 and the development of 3.26 and have all but completely abandoned support. DO NOT PLAY games OR BUY FROM GGG.

" Can only assume Joel_GGG that the GGG response to all these these post saying email support is not responding, is automatic, or to satisfy legal requirements, because you are telling them to do what they have already done. I don't know if all these queries are legitimate, but it's not a good look. When I dealt with support in the past, they were helpful. It doesn't seem like they have been particularly helpful over the past 6 months. |

" The forums is not where you get support or answer or resolutions for your problem, which is why Jole is telling you to email them as it is the only way you'll get your ticket resolved Email them once and wait, no additional emails to try gain attention as it places you at the back of the queue each one. If you get to the security questions part of the process you are being prepared to be passed on to another queue, as support has 2 levels, the first and the majority of support is there to process the incoming tickets and if it is workable by them they process it there and then, if they can't you get some security questions and are then passed to a smaller team whose job is a lot more involved and tickets take longer to process. YOU have been here long enough (going by your join date) that you should remember that support is usually hammered every new league. There's pages of these threads. They have contacted support already. Telling them to do it again is not helpful. Telling someone to "rest assured" it is being dealt with, is only reasonable if it is being dealt with in a timely manner, which it appears to not be. If it is getting to that level, the very least they can do is have some sort of a ticketing system, so people can see that their need of assistance is progressing in the queue. From what I'm reading, they don't. Putting someone at the back of the queue, because they followed up when they were not responded to, is also not reasonable. " Sure, anyone could of known that would happen. Have they put on sufficient staff to handle it? It is as you are pointing out, completely foreseeable. As I said, I have only needed to deal with support a limited amount of times in the past, but they have been prompt and reasonably helpful. From looking through this section since POE2 launch, it does not seem like they are being prompt or helpful with a lot of people who bought the game. |
