Unacceptable Support. 2 Replies in 120 days.

I understand that support has a ton of requests, but 2 replies on support in 120 days is absolutely unacceptable.

My account remains locked with hundreds of dollars contributed to the game, and support cant be bothered to reply. I have created forum posts begging and pleading for help, but even forums just say "If you contacted support, they will get back to you eventually". When is eventually?! Will I have to wait a whole year?!

I have no idea how to escalate this any further. Just today I have sent direct emails to some employees at the GGG emails. I've also reached out to ops team directly on LinkedIn. I will make as much noise as I need to to get this resolved.

GGG decided they wanted a slower paced game, maybe this is intended.
Jokes aside, you should request for a refund.
The other post I linked has the long story. TDLR, I purchased one of the packs which had physical items. I tried for over a month to get the physical items by talking to support. They didn't reply, so finally I asked for a refund. They still didn't reply. Only option left was to call my credit card company to reply. They replied within 2 days to the credit card company, and they locked my account.

Now I am trying to get my account unlocked, and they are once again not replying despite multiple emails. Forum staff just has a copy paste message sating: "Support is backlogged, they will get to it eventually". This whole issues has been going on for 120 days and I have only had 2 replies.

The fact that I have to reach out to GGG leads and ops lead directly on other platforms to try to get this resolved is disgusting.
