Account Locked

My steam account has been locked from playing POE2. I have not played in a few months, but when I did play, I did absolutely nothing against TOS. I looked it up and it is common for accounts to be locked due to being logged into from a new location. Since I have last played I moved to college. I want to play for the release tomorrow, and support asked for my Steam ID which i provided and I have not gotten a response since. Please help? Do i just buy the game again?
