Pre Download Dawn of the Hunt 0.2.0 (Steam)

I was wondering when steam players can be able to download the patch? Because I have some friends with really bad slow internet connection and I myself sit at 1000/1000mbit so I will be fine.
But mostly wondering if anyone knows when the download will be available for Steam users and hoping in time so they can get into the game and queue with me. Also if anyone has any information maybe about the size of the patch? Or any guesses? Because I have been looking forward to this for weeks and I can't imagine having to wait for my friends to finish downloading because they have horrible connections xD Because I am also teaching them the game so I kinda wanna wait and show them the ropes and play with them through campaign. Because I never gave it much thought before on PoE1 how long before you could download since my speed just makes it done in minutes. Thanks in advance for any help. dont quote me but I thought I heard some streamer say we can download it on steam like 2 hours early.

" its always the same day like an hour or 2 in advance when the servers go down you will be kicked ou and then jsut wait and restart steam if necessary |

I play on nvidia Gfn, probably won't play tonight since they suck at updating fast the game :(
