EA Keys not working

Good afternoon,
I had 3 'spare' EA keys allocated to my account, I have given these to friends but they get a message 'This key is not applicable to your account' when they try and redeem them. Any thoughts what this might be? Last bumped on Apr 3, 2025, 9:29:50 AM
