I need help.

I'm an old player of Path of Exile on the PC. I bound my account to the Xbox platform, and now there are two sub-accounts: one from my previous gameplay and a new one. However, when I log into the Xbox game, neither of these accounts has my PC gameplay character; they're all starting over.

" Have you made sure that your Microsoft account used for Xbox services is linked to the correct POE account?
