My account is locked Please help me

I'm a big fan of Path of Exile 2 and put a lot of effort and time into this game. On March 28th, the account was banned, and 31 game accounts in our union were also banned for the reason of (real money trading). I was very confused and frustrated by this.
As soon as I was banned, I checked inside the union and found that there were two possible causes of the problem
1 If there are individual accounts that frequently refresh the warehouse items in the guild, will the in-game rules or warnings be triggered for this reason?
2 I personally gave some low-level and low-value items to my friends in the game. Personally, I didn't take advantage of the game's exploits or real deals.
I'm very confused right now, and I don't know if it's my personal reasons or other people's reasons that have led to the current result. Many emails have been sent to your team, and all of the replies to me are waiting for the outcome of the appeal.
I kindly ask that you and your team can help us quickly process my appeal. I look forward to hearing from you soon. If it's my personal reason, I'm willing to take responsibility. My account [Removed by Support]

Hey there, if you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can. We are currently working through a large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
From past incidents, it appears that since GGG operates under the assumption that if any one player is engaged in botting or RMT and puts illicit items in the guild stash, that everyone in the guild is aware of the cheating and are using a single buyer/botter to get all the illicit items and then launder them through the guild stash in order to create a layer of deniability.

That's not always the case, but without being able to read minds, GGG has no way to know who is trying to bypass cheating rules that way and who just had poor choice of gaming friends.

In the case I'm aware of the person who wrote about it was able to appeal their first ban. They then joined a new guild with their cheating friends new account, and GGG refused to reverse the second ban, leading to them posting their tale of woe on reddit.

I don't know if GGG is still willing to offer clemency on first ban appeals, but their support system remains massively backlogged for non-trivial requests. Based on people posting about remaining locked out of their accounts since December or January I find it highly unlikely that even in the best of cases your original account will be able to play 0.2 at all, never mind on release day.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

I've sent an email before, but I haven't been able to get a solution. The only way is to wait.
I understand GGG's commitment to tackling cheating, but I'm not particularly in favor of what is being done. There are so many players in this game that I can't tell who's the good players and who's the cheaters. However, because of the fault of one person, dozens of people are involved, and these people who are involved are very innocent.
The main thing is that there are still many bots and cheaters who are still frantically plundering resources without getting the sanctions they deserve. On the contrary, we innocent newcomers have lost trust in the game and the official team.
Writing an email won't solve the current problem, so I'll try to see if it's possible to do something for our good players. to solve this dilemma. I can provide some evidence and materials to prove myself. I am innocent and not afraid of scrutiny.
I understand that GGG is very busy right now, can I do something for you to help you, I am a player from China.

Thank you for your answer, I understand the difficulties of GGG. I want to help them, too. ...
