Inquiry from dec 13 still not resolved

hi,

On december 13 I emailed the support team regarding having 2 accounts linked to each other, but the coins being in the wrong account.

On december 25 I received a request for mor information which I replied to on Jan 15. But from that point on it has been silent and the issue has still not been resolved.

This is mostly to check if everything is being handled and the request is still in the que. Would love to be able to use those coins in the upcoming patch.

Btw I tried using the least amount of coins on the secondary account to see if they would be available to both accounts but this did not work.

I'm in the same boat. I wanted to play the new content.

I originally wanted to link my steam to a new PoE account with a more appropriate username, support unlinked my steam allowing me to link it to the new account but now whenever I load the game up, it tells me I need to purchase again, despite already owning tier 2 supporter pack. It's also been since December since I got a response to resolve the issue and I also haven't been able to play since.

4+ months for a response is unacceptable, Getting a generic "Oh email us and we'll reply eventually is inacceptable, especially when you're supported the development of the game with real money. Call me entitled, whatever. I don't think it's the case though. It seems that there isn't much happening behind the scenes either to try to rectify their lack of staff to accommodate the support ticket needs. At this rate, they will never truly be caught up and the queue will only seemingly get longer for a response.
