Account lock
Hi there!
Anybody knows how long does it take to transfer MTX between sub-accounts? I wrote to support in December and recently got answer with information "(...) we'll need to temporarily lock your account and verify your transaction details(...)" Last answer from support was on March 25th and yesterday I wanted to play for the last time before 0.2.0 but my account is locked like It says that I have not access to poe2 EA, I checked my account info and there's the same information and below that, spare key is present which I get from buying EA. Somebody is aware of how long this "lock" will be on and if I'll be able to play 0.2.0 on launch? I was thinking about writing email to support but I don't want to be dropped to the "end of queue"...
