4 months, no solution
I bought 6 advanced warehouse pages, which should give me 6x6=36 advanced warehouse pages. The customer service staff only saw that the micro-transaction was successfully purchased, but I didn’t get the full amount in my in-game warehouse. They responded to me that the micro-transaction was successful twice, which was completely unable to solve my problem.

good luck, i have ticket that hasn't had a response since november 29th of last year, GGG has lost all respect from me, its beyond unacceptable at this point, I have stopped playing both games and will not return.

I'm in the same boat. I wanted to play the new content.
I originally wanted to link my steam to a new PoE account with a more appropriate username, support unlinked my steam allowing me to link it to the new account but now whenever I load the game up, it tells me I need to purchase again, despite already owning tier 2 supporter pack. It's also been since December since I got a response to resolve the issue and I also haven't been able to play since. 4+ months for a response is unacceptable, Getting a generic "Oh email us and we'll reply eventually is inacceptable, especially when you're supported the development of the game with real money. Call me entitled, whatever. I don't think it's the case though. It seems that there isn't much happening behind the scenes either to try to rectify their lack of staff to accommodate the support ticket needs. At this rate, they will never truly be caught up and the queue will only seemingly get longer for a response. |

Same here, gonna be 5 months with no help whatsoever other than asking for information every couple of months, probably hoping I give up. I can't see myself supporting a company like GGG ever again.

I haven't gotten a reply on mine either. It's been over 4 months. And if you bump it, it puts you to the bottom of the line. I have zero respect for them. I understand that they have a large help queue but 4 months of stealing someone's cash is not okay.
There isn't even a way to check if you're still in the queue. Perhaps some angry employee deleted our requests or incorrectly marked them as resolved... It's just an email. That's all. |
