I really like juicing my maps with Delirium

But I just can't stand the thick fog and music anymore.

It was really awesome the couple 10s of times but it's getting a bit old now...

I think in next patch they are changing the fog.
With the music I guess your only option is to mute music on maps lol

Yes, Mark said in the interview yesterday that he is already testing with a 50% reduction of the fog and may look at more if that still is not enough.
Delirium fog/music should only happen on nodes that have the modifier. Juiced maps don't need an effect telling us we juiced it.
I'd like there to still be some evidence that the map is delirious, but the full map fog blanket + same music every map is too much. Exarch/Eater influenced maps in poe1 add a few art assets to maps but don't dominate the tone of the map the way delirium does.

One thing i really enjoyed when getting to maps was was finding my first delirium boss. Running through the fog and suddenly a boss bar takes up the top of my screen. it made me stop dead in my tracks and start tip-toeing around to try to safely find the boss. I'd like to still have that opportunity in the game for early maps.

I've been wondering if having the fog appear only around clusters of mirrors / delirium bosses could work. eg, running around a map and around the same time their boss bar appears we'd see the edge of the fog cloud. Kill the boss / broken mirror things and fog/music fades.

"Beidat honored the pact, though Mancy wouldn't take off Doryani’s prototype."
Huh, I've run a couple hundred delirious maps and never knew there was music I was missing out on. It's been turned off since day 1. The fog reduction will be a nice change though, and hopefully being able to also see monsters from further away.
