Asked for merging pc and xbox account and no reply...

im a patient guy and i wont be angry. I asked support for merging my pc account with my xbox account, yes i have 2 seperate accounts, to make use of the hundreds of micro transactions i purchased over 12 years on xbox too. Its been 4 months now. I see GGG is busy, very busy. But...please....make it happen in the near future...ty ...
