Can't open normal doors in a map

I just went in Vaal Pyramid map, opened a Delirium mirror and did 2 Ritual altars - couldn't continue the map anymore, because I couldn't open the doors. It would let me target it, but clicking wouldn't do anything but move my character next to it.

I tried to leave the map and go back in, didn't help.
