Pls help me,My account has been locked for months because I'm a guild leader!!
I am a player from China. In 2023, I purchased a $480 supporter pack to join Path of Exile 1. I really enjoy playing Path of Exile and have always adhered to the various guidelines and requirements of the Path of Exile community. When the Path of Exile 2 EA test was first released, I received an invitation email from GGG and joined the EA test immediately. I also love playing Path of Exile 2 and think it's a great game, so I invited many of my friends to join me in playing it.
After my friends joined, they only had 300 points with their test access, which was not enough for sufficient stash space. So, I created a guild (not open to the public, just for friends) and initially purchased two large stashes for the guild. As more friends and their friends joined, the guild membership grew. The members spontaneously pooled funds to purchase an account with game points (1000 points) from a trading platform for $60. They added this account to the guild and donated the points. I used about 600 guild points to buy two map stashes, two additional large stashes, and two gem stashes for my friends to use. In February, I found that I could not log into the game and was notified that my account was locked. I emailed support and was informed that my account was banned due to fraudulent transactions. However, my account has never engaged in fraudulent transactions. Upon further inquiry, I learned that there was a fraudulent transaction issue with the guild. I want to ask the GGG team or other players, how can you ensure that players in your guild do not donate currency and then request refunds? If such players appear, or if the purchased currency itself was fraudulent, do I still have to bear punishment from the GGG team? Customer support has not resolved this issue for over a month, and my account is still not accessible (I am posting this using a friend's account). I want to ask why, in this situation, only my guild is not banned, but my personal game account as a guild leader is? Aren't I a victim in this whole matter? Out of love for the game, I invited my friends to play Path of Exile 2 with me. My friends expanded the guild stash on their own due to demand. But as ordinary players, how can we distinguish so-called fraudulent transactions? Even if the guild is involved in fraud, why ban a player who purchased a $480 supporter pack and loves the game? With Path of Exile 0.2 about to launch, I still cannot access my account. Is there anyone in the forum who can help me? My only request is to restore access to my account. If the guild is involved in fraudulent transactions, could GGG disable the fraudulent accounts and my guild, but restore my personal game account access? I have been banned for over a month, and this is really unreasonable. I am asking for help, thank you! Last bumped on Apr 1, 2025, 9:47:00 PM

" At this moring,i recive support's respond <<<<<<<’Hi there, Thanks for your message. As mentioned, you will need to repay this in order to regain access, and the guild involved will remain closed. In this case, you will need to purchase one King of the Faridun Supporter Pack via Steam Wallet on a Steam throwaway account. Please note that the account this is purchased on will be closed by us after this purchase has been made. Please let us know once this has been done and we can proceed.>>>>>>>>>>>> Based on your email, I would like to confirm if I understand the situation correctly: Am I required to pay an additional $100 as a penalty? And even after I pay this penalty, the guild will remain permanently closed, and I will not receive any of the contents from the supporter pack that I purchase? If that’s the case, as the guild leader, I am facing three separate losses: The loss of all items and contents stored in the guild stash The loss of the points that were previously purchased and donated to the guild An additional $100 penalty payment for account restoration May I ask, as a guild leader who did not personally participate in any fraudulent transactions, why do I have to bear such a significant cost in order to regain access to my own account? |
