leveling/endgame guides for casual players

Ok, I will admit I'm not the best ARPG player. I play maybe 1-2 hours a day. I would like to find a simpler way to find builds/guides to make my time a little more fun/easy in the time I have to spend in the game on a daily basis. I don't have time for/desire to grind for loot or trade in the AH to get the gear I need to be able to reach Higher tier endgame content, but I would love to be able to see it and play it. By the time I reach that level in a new league in POE1, the economy is always frakked up and I can't afford anything. In POE2 I ran into the same thing. I love playing the game and have a lot of fun, but it takes so long to grind when you can only play 10-15 hours a week max, that I never seems to get to the point where I can experience endgame content. SSF doesn't help in any way because it takes even longer to get there without trade and like I said earlier, by the time I get to the point where I have items people want the economy is so jacked up that I can't afford thhe items that I need to be able to play higher tier endgame. I seem to get stuck around T11-12 maps and need more DPS or Life to go any further. It might just be lack of skill on my part, but it would be nice to have a way to see/play some of the higher level content. End of exposition. TL:DR Waah! I want to play endgame stuff but I suck.
