Fwd to Community Manager: Does Path of Exile need a mobile app?

tl;dr in today's world of algorithmic filter bubbles and disparate communities (Forum, Subreddits, Discord Channels, Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, FB, ig, etc) that have little or no crossover, should Path of Exile have a direct to consumer mobile app to communicate news, MTX sales, and community events and submissions?

- couple dozen YouTube RSS feeds in a reader (don't want POE recommendation in my YT algo)
- the main POE1 subreddit, sometimes the subreddit for builds.
- sometimes Twitch

Did I miss out having stayed away from Discord?
